How we handle the limited personal information you share with us. In short: we use it to reply to you, we never sell it, and we never add you to a marketing list.
Who we are
This site is operated by Elarion Partners ("Elarion", "we", "us"), based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. For any privacy question, contact hello@elarionpartners.com. This policy covers this website only.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message, and, if you provide it, your company. When you use the "please reach out to me" box, we collect your email address and note which page of this site you sent it from. We also receive whatever you choose to include when you email us or book a call.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
During this preview. While the site is in private preview it sits behind a password and sets a strictly-necessary access cookie. This is removed when the site goes public.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is functional: a small display preference saved in your browser, and, during the preview, the strictly-necessary access cookie noted above. These do not require a consent banner.
Fonts are served from this website itself; viewing the site sends no requests to third-party font services.
How we use your information

Marketing
We do not add people who contact us to a marketing list or an automated email sequence. If we later offer a newsletter, it will be a separate, clearly labeled opt-in that you choose.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site, under contract and only as needed:
- Resend — delivers your inquiry from the website to our inbox.
- Vercel — hosts the website and processes server logs.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our policies, or respond to an emergency involving personal safety.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for no longer than twenty-four (24) months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate record-keeping purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA in California, or similar laws in other states), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under such laws. To make a request, email hello@elarionpartners.com. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will promptly delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on this site or by other appropriate means. The date above shows when the policy was last revised.
